Michael Offland

Mike trained at the RSAMD, graduating in July of last year with a BA in Technical & Production Arts. Whilst at the academy Mike worked on numerous opera productions including Don Giovanni as Deputy Stage Manager, Albert Herring as Lighting Designer and the opera double bill of Gianni Sschicchi and L’heure Espagnole as Production Electrician. Since graduating Mike worked with the RSAMD Musical Theatre students at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe on their productions of Iron Curtain and The Confessions of Julian Po. Mike has worked part-time at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, City Halls and Old Fruitmarket, and Stage Managed a Christmas Roadshow for Mall Music Broadcasting at venues across Scotland. Future projects include a production of The Elixir of Love with Clonter Opera Theatre and the Grassington Music Festival during the Summer.
