Group Statement
On the 27th of October 2008, we were given the mission to discover two independant Glasgow cafes and "study their exteriors, interiors, the staff and the customers". As a result of this excercise, we visited Morton's on Byres Road and Tchai-Ovna on Otago Lane. Each member wrote a short blog of their experience - the links to which can be found below.
