Ros Maddison has been Programme Leader for the BA Technical and Production Arts programme at RSAMD for five years. Originally a an Stage Manager, Ros came to RSAMD in 1998 at the Resident Stage Manager becoming a tutor after eighteen months when the TPA department was restructured.
