Thomas Velluet - Draper
Biography
Thomas Velluet - Draper was born on the 7th August 1990 in Irvine in the west coast of Scotland.
He showed an interest in the production side of theatre throughout his teenage years and actively looked for any work experience opportunities in this industry. He has worked on over 50 shows while at school, and also many out of school such as village pantomimes. He has also participated in TVYP (Television and Young People), an initiative held at BBC Pacific Quay in November 2007.
He graduated from Secondary School in 2008 with 2 A's 2 B's and a C at Higher level.
In October 2008, Thomas undertook his studies at the R.S.A.M.D, Glasgow, studying Technical and Production Arts, in the Production strand, with a keen interest in all things TSM.
His career aspirations are to work in as many areas of production as possible. In particular, he would like to: do FOH sound at the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury, work on a large scale West End/Broadway production, work with Cirque du Soleil and Slava's Snowshow and go on a World Tour with a show or band.
Thomas' interests include paintballing. In 2008 he went to Tanzania for a month where, amongst other things, he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
