About Me
My name is Ellie Shaw I am a second-year technical stage student at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland on the BA Production Technology and Management course which covers stagecraft, rigging, flying, automation etc. I have a strong skill set in rigging and flyman work and have had various opportunities to showcase them. Prior to RCS I spent two years as the venue technician for the Gryffe High school theatre as well as crew head for all ‘GHS Presents’ productions. I have a passion for theatre and live events and a desire to continue to further my knowledge and skill set with professional industry work as a stage technician specialising in flyman work and automation.
