On the 27th of October 2008, we were given the mission to discover two independant Glasgow cafes and "study their exteriors, interiors, the staff and the customers". As a result of this excercise, we visited Morton's on Byres Road and Tchai-Ovna on Otago Lane. Group Statement
On the 27th of October 2008, we were given the mission to discover two independant Glasgow cafes and "study their exteriors, interiors, the staff and the customers". As a result of this excercise, we visited Morton's on Byres Road and Tchai-Ovna on Otago Lane. Each member wrote a short blog of their experience - the links to which can be found below.
